





In order to avoid defects caused by programs inactivation or human carelessness, you are pleased to perform the procedures explained in this manual for the connection control any time you have any problem.
Trying to provide our assistance to you as soon as possible, we require understanding and help by you to perform a very simple self-control without the necessity of our technicians. Only after you have completed the verification process and have been convinced that the defect is not due to your carelessness or your actions, you may submit your request for assistance of our technicians.
We also notify you that from the 1st of April 2008, in case our technicians verify that the defects claimed by the clients are due to program inactivation or your carelessness (defects explained in the following control), then a fee for defect repair. You can find the pricelist in the last page of this manual.
Each client of cable modems "Motorola" can download very easy the driver needed for a new PC connection or in case of a programs inactivation.
